this track was written in an attempt to put into words what an anxiety attack is like. i struggle with anxiety daily, and feel like it is often pushed under the rug and forgotten about in the realm of mental illnesses. for anyone battling anxiety who needs help, contact me through the form on the right - i will do everything in my power to assist you.
